We are currently seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our investment strategies and drive growth in our portfolio.

What will you do?

• Underwriting of transactions originated in APS markets in Central and Eastern Europe - acquisitions of non-performing, sub-performing and performing loan or REO portfolios, single credit distressed situations, and/or entities with such assets on their balance sheets, acquisitions of real estate properties, extending or facilitating special credit facilities or other similar investment opportunities from origination, through process management, signing, closing and until exit;
• Manage of the transaction project teams consisting of Investment Specialists, Valuation Specialist, Lawyers, Tax and Structuring experts and other internal and external parties covering the assigned transactions;
• Ensuring the smooth coordination and development of the internal team;
• Ensuring that the team follows high ethical standards as well as any company policies and rules;
• Managing the internal and external capacity across the pending assigned transactions;
• Communication with the investors, sellers, advisors, internal communication and presentation of the investment opportunities to the investment committee;
• Work with the sales force and other teams on the identification and origination of the investment opportunities;
• Work with the analysts on the creation of the financial models related to investment opportunities; oversee and comment the financial models, underwriting and conducting the roll-up calls with external parties etc.
• For complex processes, daily cooperation with the Transactions Leader with regards the management of the due diligence process, organization, and management of outsourced advisors in due diligence and acquisition process. On selected basis and mostly for short term, manage complex deals and situations as the capacity and complexity requires;
• Facilitate the decision process – prepare the supporting material for investment decisions and active participation in the decision process;
• Participate and lead negotiations over the terms of the transaction and transaction documents and oversight the transaction through closing;
• Support the fundraising; procure preparation of inputs and comments to presentations and related material;
• Post-closing management of the acquisitions – ensure follow up on open transaction matters, transfer the project to Fund Management, participating in periodic performance review and management in cooperation with Performance Management Department;
• Contribution to the continual improvement of the investment process; and
• Participation on the strategic decisions of APS Investments.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 6 years work experience in reputable financial advisory company, investment bank, private equity, or similar;
• Strong business English both written and oral;
